Programs are scheduled from September – June, but you can start anytime during the year if space is available.
No, if you choose to discontinue lessons, one month's notice is required and appreciated.
There are no lessons on any Statutory holidays, Christmas or Spring Break. However, we do have camps.
The cancelation policy will start applying when you send in your registration form to beArt.
- Notice is required for missed lessons and with prior notice to the invoice of the month, you can skip 1 class, free of charge only once in the year. Make-up lessons are not available.
- We do not offer refunds.
If beArt cancels a lesson, we will not charge for the lesson, and it will be reimbursed the following month, if you already paid for it.
If your child is late for the lesson, the remainder of the time will be used. No make-up is offered for latecomers.
We offer a 50% discount for one class when a new student signs up through your recommendation - which can be stated on the registration form.
- We accept Cash, Cheques and e-Transfer.

Payment is required on the 1st week of each month.
Payment for camps is required on the 1st day of the camp week.
The minimum number of students will be 5 and maximum 9.
Payment for workshops is required to save the spot.
If you cancel, your deposit of $35 it is not refundable.
If you need to cancel two weeks or less before the scheduled starting date, you will have to pay 50% of the price.
With less than twenty-four hours notice and once the class has started, you will have to pay 100% of the price.
Unfortunately there are no make ups, refunds, or credits for missed days of class for any reason, including illness or vacation days at this time.
beArt will not be offering a clothing protection shirt this year, so bring or wear something you are okay with getting messy.
